How is your congregation reinventing church?
BSK believes that we are living, loving, and trying to worship in a moment that future generations will study and learn from. Our good answers reinvented in this moment will one day nourish and inform those seeking to answer in their own day how to flourish as followers of Jesus amidst impossibly complex circumstances. We must pay attention to what we are doing.
A plea to church members on behalf of your ministers
Church leaders — laypersons in charge of personnel committees, deacons, church councils — please help protect your church staff in this season. We are facing a marathon, not a sprint. Give your ministers care. Give them time to be with their families. Help them preserve healthy expectations and boundaries. Ask them what they need.
